Kaarel Aus begins managing the KredEx Enterprise Department

According to Chief Executive Officer Lehar Kütt, the deciding factor was Aus’ wealth of experience and clear vision regarding KredEx’s role in financing undertakings. ‘KredEx offers financing services, in order to support the faster development of undertakings. Our strategic goal is to help Estonian undertakings grow their created value. In order to ensure this, it is important to continuously develop our offered services, so that they meet the current needs of the market. I believe that, in cooperation with the new Head of the Enterprise Department, we will be able to improve the availability of our services and, through greater awareness, also include new target groups.’

Aus, who has taken up his new position, noted that he was motivated to join KredEx by the opportunity to contribute to the development of Estonia’s business environment. ‘My goal is to make KredEx’s services more user-friendly and to increase the awareness of undertakings and KredEx’s partners regarding the support services being offered.’

Kaarel Aus has a wealth of work and entrepreneurship experience in the information and communications sector and experience in the banking sector from Swedbank, where he worked as a client executive in corporate banking and as the Head of the Small Business Clients Department. Aus holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Tartu and has improved himself in the field of international cooperation and management at University College London.
