Apartment buildings, who want to take a loan to renovate their building and also need KredEx’s housing loan guarantee, can now do all the necessary procedures directly through banks. KredEx renewed its cooperation contracts with Hansapank, SEB Eesti Ühispank, Sampo Pank and Krediidipank, with what banks now have the opportunity to directly issue KredEx’s housing loan guarantees, by easing the issuing procedure.
