10 municipalities applied for KredEx's housing grant for enlarging the local rent housing fund. All in all municipalities applied for 26.4 million kroons. The budget for the year 2003 foresees issuing housing grants in the amount of 25 million kroons. The grants issued by KredEx enable local municipalities to build and renovate housing facilities for the tenants of restituted buildings.
