The issuance of housing grants halted

KredEx has halted the issuance of housing grants for the renovation of apartment buildings in Estonia. KredEx has already issued grants in the total amount of about 10 million kroons. Together with KredEx's grants housing associations have started to renovate apartment buildings in the amount of 86 million kroons during 2003. KredEx will continue the issuance of grants if the government allocates additional financial resources for that purpose.
