Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications No 48, dated June 12, 2008 „Terms and procedure for support of energy audit, evaluation of construction works as well as preparation of building design documentations", KredEx will open on June 25, 2008a grant application session for building design documentations, necessary for works carried out on the basis of energy audits of apartment buildings, evaluations of construction works and energy audits' recommendations.

 The grant support enables apartment and building associations or communities of apartment owners to apply for separate grants for building design documentations necessary for works carried out based on energy audits of apartment buildings, evaluations of construction works and energy audits' recommendations, prepared since January 01, 2007.

 Maximum grant financing limit is up to 50% of eligible expenditure and minimum self-financing limit is at least 50%. Maximum grant limits per apartment building in a calendar year are EEK 10,100 per energy audit grant application, EEK 10,000 per evaluation of construction works grant application, and EEK 20,000 per building design documentation grant application.

 In 2008, 5 million EEK were allocated by the European Regional Development Fund for financing the grant in question, the total amount of appropriations for 2007-2013 is 25 million EEK.
