KredEx reminds you that applications are still being received for the reconstruction works of apartment buildingsbuilt before 1940 or located in an area of cultural and environmental value.

 As of today, KredEx has received 97 applications for 8.5 million EEK. Pursuant to the agreement concluded between Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications and KredEx, 14.2 million EEK was allocated this year for the reconstruction works of apartment buildings built before 1940 or located in an area of cultural and environmental value.

KredEx supports the reconstruction works carried out since 2007 by 20%. Applications can be submitted via Eesti Post by registered mail only.
