KredEx reminds you that applications are still being received for the reconstruction works of apartment buildings restituted during the ownership reform. In 2007, the mentioned target group received 15 million EEK as support. Owners of restituted buildings or apartment associations or apartment owner communities can submit the application for reconstruction works during reconstruction planning already. Payment of grants takes place after the works have been carried out. KredEx will support reconstruction and renovation works of peripheral and bearing structures as well as electrical and gas installations. Non-repayable grants will be allocated in the amount of 20 % of the cost of works carried out since January 1st, 2007. Since 2007, receipt of applications has been open. In total, 11 applications for 1.1 million EEK have been submitted. Exact grant terms and application form are available on the home page of KredEx at www.kredex.ee/esk.
