On April 28, KredEx will open the receipt of applications for the reconstruction works of apartment buildings built before 1940 (incl.) or located in an area of cultural and environmental value. Pursuant to the agreement concluded between Ministry of Economy and Communications and KredEx, 14,2 million EEK will be allocated this year for the reconstruction works of apartment buildings built before 1940 or located in an area of cultural and environmental value. KredEx will support the reconstruction works carried out in the mentioned apartment buildings since 2007, by 20%. Applications can be submitted via Eesti Post by registered mail only.

In September 2007, 51 applications for 3,6 million EEK were submitted in the target group of apartment buildings built before 1940 or located in an area of cultural and environmental value.
